About Me
I was born and raised in Dallas, Tx. As a junior player I was ranked #1 in Texas and broke into the Top 10 in the Nation. Like everyone else that played at a high level my family and I traveled and did the entire grind together. After graduating high school I went on to play D1 collegiate tennis at Texas A&M. It took me 5 years to graduate after redshirting a year due to tearing my meniscus, and was the absolute best time of my life. The glory years! Looking back at that knee tear was also the savior of my career as well. A setback that turned into the biggest learning experience of my life up to that point. There are so many memories and life long friendships that are still always on my mind today. After the glory of the college years, I really had found a great interest in coaching. I wanted to impact lives the same that my coaches impacted mine. Didn’t hurt to make money doing what you love either, so I began.
After almost 20 years in the industry I have led and directed numerous successful programs, with great pride in gaining extensive knowledge and expertise in Elite Player Development, curriculum building, and facilitating environments for coaches and players to thrive. Through my time on court with numerous players and coaches, it’s so rewarding to know that I have impacted so many that have gone on to achieve great success at the highest levels of tennis and maybe more importantly helped young athletes go on to have a great life.
Here are a few things that I’ve been able to achieve and some skins that I was able to put on the wall:
